No. A Delegate Pass gives you access to the full conference programme, including all main stage sessions and expo experiences, unless otherwise stated.
Some sessions - such as workshops, roundtables and masterclasses - have limited capacity and often require advance booking via the event ap (which is why we recommend downloading the app in advance and planning your agenda!).
Yes. We offer discounted rates for groups of 3 or more attendees from the same organisation.
Group attendance is a great way to divide across content tracks and maximise both learning and networking impact.

We offer a limited number of complimentary passes for eligible attendees:
Charity passes
Available to verified charity professionals. Applications are reviewed for eligibility.
Press passes
Available to active journalists and analysts with recent relevant published work. Commercial, marketing and consultancy roles are not eligible.
All applications are subject to approval.
Yes. Tickets can be cancelled, transferred or substituted in line with our terms and conditions.
- Refunds are available up to 57 days before the event (minus an administration fee)
- Substitutions within your organisation are permitted at any time before the event
- Cancellations within 56 days of the event are non-refundable

No. Discount and promotional codes must be applied at the time of registration and cannot be added afterwards.
🚀Event Experience
There’s no formal dress code, but most attendees choose business casual.
Think smart, practical and comfortable, with enough flexibility for a full day of sessions, meetings and networking.
As the venue includes both indoor and open-air spaces, we recommend dressing in layers (or having them available). British weather has its own agenda!
Comfortable footwear is strongly advised.
No. The AI Summit London is strictly an 18+ event.
We are unable to admit anyone under the age of 18, including infants in prams or pushchairs, due to health, safety and licensing requirements.
Unauthorised photography, audio recording and video recording are not permitted during sessions.
Official event photography and filming may take place across the venue and may be used for future marketing purposes.
Please contact our PR team if you are interested in filming or recording onsite.

We expect all participants to behave professionally and treat others with respect at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
📍 Access & Venue Information
Yes. Tobacco Dock is an accessible venue, and we’re committed to ensuring all attendees can move through the event comfortably.
Step-free access is available via Wapping Lane, with lift access to the Vault level for those who require it.
The accessible toilet facilities (green) and lifts (purple) are detailed on the map below.
Our on-site team will be available throughout the event to support wayfinding, access routes and any mobility requirements.

To help manage arrival flow:

📍Tobacco Dock is well connected via public transport:
- Wapping Overground (8–9 min walk)
- Shadwell DLR & Overground (step-free DLR access available)
- Tower Hill Underground (approx. 15–20 min walk)
- Local bus routes including 100 and D3
We recommend using public transport where possible.
There is no on-site parking at the venue.
If you need to drive, there is a car park opposite the venue’s Wapping Lane entrance with a capacity for 615 vehicles (under 2.2m) plus Blue Badge parking with accessible lifts.
The car park is owned and run by an external company - the YellowPark - and spaces can be booked and paid for through the YellowPark website.
Yes. We’ve partnered with HotelMap to offer discounted hotel rates near the venue for attendees.
