All exhibitor stands reach at least Bronze level certification through the Better Stands programme's ten-box framework, ensuring sustainable design and materials across the exhibition floor.
Zero Waste Commitment
- Minimal to no waste generation from Informa-built areas
- All event carpeting reused or recycled post-event
- Sustainable waste management practices throughout the venue

- Road closure outside the venue to reduce traffic and improve safety for cyclists
- Large, well-equipped cloakroom facilities for fold-up bikes
- Outdoor seating areas created in the traffic-free zone

Multiple lounge areas throughout the venue, including outdoor picnic spaces.

We consult attendees in advance for specific requirements, provide venue-wide accommodations including lift access, and reserve seating at content stages for differently-abled attendees.
🍽️ Inclusive Catering
Food and refreshment stations catering to all dietary requirements are strategically placed and clearly labelled throughout the venue.
📋 Code of Conduct
Our comprehensive Code of Conduct is prominently displayed across the event app, website, and signage.
All staff receive training to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
