Group discounts are available for 3+ delegates from the same company.

We have a limited number of gratis passes available for charity workers. If you work for a registered charity, you can apply for a Delegate Pass.
NB all applications will be vetted to ensure legitimacy.
To qualify for a complimentary press pass you must be an active member of the press or analyst community, working for legitimate and suitable media outlets. This can be validated by providing The AI Summit with proof of recently published work.
Press passes will not be issued to non-editorial employees of media outlets, nor to marketing, advertising or public relations firms, consultants or advisors, market researchers, brand content producers, business development executives, or social media teams.
All press and media passes will be vetted prior to approval. If you feel you have been denied a press pass unfairly, please contact us providing examples of recently published work (from within the last six months).

Tobacco Dock is easily accessible by public transport (Overground, DLR, and Bus).

If you need to drive, there is a car park opposite the venue’s Wapping Lane entrance with a capacity for 615 vehicles (under 2.2m) plus Blue Badge parking with accessible lifts. The car park is owned and run by an external company, the YellowPark website, and spaces can be booked and paid for through the YellowPark website.

Event Experience
All attendees of The AI Summit London must be over the age of 18.
Due to health & safety and licensing regulations, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in prams) will be permitted entry.
Yes, accessible routes will be through Wapping Lane and down in the Quayside lift to the vault level. This lift is how someone with accessibility needs will access Tobacco Dock.
Security will manage the use of this lift and will chaperone the guest between floors.
Security will also be briefed on the doors to direct guests to the right entrance if someone arrives on Pennington Street to access the building.
Nope. Whilst The AI Summit London conference runs across multiple stages and a variety of interactive features, these are all included in the Delegate Pass and do not require separate registration, unless explicitly stated.
We do have a number of more intimate learning environments, such as workshops, roundtables and masterclasses, which will require you to book a spot (since places are limited). Pass holders can reserve a spot at these sessions in the app under "RSVP to special events".
We believe our community should be truly open for everyone. As such, we are committed to providing a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity or religion.
This code of conduct outlines our expectations for participant behaviour, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behaviour, for both the in-person event and within the event app. We invite all sponsors, speakers, attendees, media, exhibitors, and other participants to help us realise a safe and positive conference experience for everyone. All determinations of appropriate or inappropriate behaviour are in Informa’s sole discretion and the decision(s) of the Informa Connect representatives will be final.
Behaviour
You will behave in a way as to create a safe and supportive environment for The AI Summit event participants whether participating online or in person (including Informa Connect employees, moderators, attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, and volunteers).
You will not engage in disruptive speech or behaviour or otherwise interfere with any portion of the in-person or virtual event, or other individuals’ participation in the event.
You will not engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening speech or behaviour, including (but not limited to) relating to race, gender, gender, identity and expression, national origin, religion, disability, marital status, age, sexual, orientation, military or veteran status, or other protected category.
You will comply with the instructions of the moderator and any AI Summit event staff.
You will comply with all applicable laws.
Scope
We expect all in-person and online event participants (including Informa Connect employees, moderators, attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, and volunteers) to uphold the principles of this Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct covers the in-person event, virtual event, and all related events (social or otherwise).
Consequences
Breaches of this Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future Informa Connect events and from engagement across any Informa Connect blogs, online forums, and social media channels.
The above policies may be revised at any time by Informa and are non-negotiable. This Code of Conduct is without prejudice to Informa’s rights, all of which it expressly reserves.

Venue Acessibility
The accessible toilet facilities (green) and lifts (purple) are detailed on the map below. Which facilities are in use will depend on the location of the event. If you require the use of these facilities, please reach out to the event organiser and also copy in access@tobaccodocklondon.com, we will be able to clarify which facilities are in use for your event.
In areas where step free access is restricted, temporary ramps are available and can be deployed by trained members of staff. If you require the use of a temporary ramp, please contact access@tobaccodocklondon.com.
On the day of an event, you can also speak to a member of staff who will be happy to assist.
Guide Dogs
Tobacco Dock welcomes all Guide and Assistance Dogs. Guide and Assistance Dog owners have important rights under the Equality Act 2010 meaning they are legally permitted to enter establishments where the public are admitted.

Personal Support Animals
The wellbeing of our visitors is important to us and therefore we endeavour to welcome personal support animals to the venue during events. Some events may however have restrictions, where the organiser may have assessed that the specific nature of the event would not be a suitable environment for support animals.
To support visitors wishing to bring personal support animals to the venue and to ensure smooth entry for those animals, we ask visitors to contact the event organiser directly in good time ahead of the event and copy in access@tobaccodocklondon.com.
By Car
There is no parking at Tobacco Dock. We suggest booking a space close to the venue if you do wish to travel by car. The closest car park is Yellow Park (open 07:00-19:00, Monday-Friday), and spaces can be booked on their website. There are accessible parking bays located next to the lifts within the car park.
By Train
