History of Tobacco Dock

Originally built in the early 19th century for storing tobacco imports, Tobacco Dock played a key role in Britain’s maritime trade during the 19th century. Its unique architecture, featuring exposed brickwork, ironwork, and vaulted ceilings, makes it one of London’s most unique venues.

After the decline of the docks in the 20th century, the site underwent several transformations. Eventually, it was redeveloped into a leading event space, preserving its historic charm while integrating modern facilities.

Today, it serves as the home of The AI Summit London, a fitting venue that symbolises both heritage and forward-thinking innovation.
