When and where is The AI Summit London 2024?

The AI Summit London 2024 will take place at Tobacco Dock. For The AI Summit London, you must use the entrance on Pennington Street.

Tobacco Quay, Wapping Ln, London, E1W 2SF.

Wednesday 12 June, 2024 (08.30 – 17.30 BST)
Thursday 13 June, 2024 (08.30 – 16.30 BST)

Who should attend?

The AI Summit London guides enterprises along their AI journey; from inception to optimisation. We advise senior leaders from across a variety of industries to attend and each edition includes specific stages to delve further into topics and trends related to finance, healthcare, and cybersecurity.

How do I get to Tobacco Dock?

Tobacco Dock is easily accessible by public transport (Overground, DLR, and Bus).

Wapping Overground: 0.3 miles
Shadwell DLR & Overground: 0.3 miles (offers step-free access)
Tower Hill Tube: 0.8 miles
Bus: Nearby bus stops from routes 100 and D3

Please note that the main entrance to the event is on Pennington Street (the closest station is Shadwell).

The VisionAIres and speakers entrance is on Wapping Lane (the closest station is Wapping).

If you need to drive, there is a car park opposite the venue’s Wapping Lane entrance with a capacity for 615 vehicles (under 2.2m) plus Blue Badge parking with accessible lifts. The car park is owned and run by an external company, the YellowPark website, and spaces can be booked and paid for through the YellowPark website.

Do you offer discounted accommodation?

For discounted rates on local hotels, we are partnered with HotelMap. View these hotels and book online on our hotel page.

How do I access session booking / the app? - available from June!

This will not be available until two weeks prior to the event.

The app – London Tech Week – is available in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. There will also be a web version released. You will need to log in with the email address you used to purchase your ticket to get access.

Can I bring my children with me to the event? 

All attendees of The AI Summit New York must be over the age of 18.

Due to health & safety and licensing regulations, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted entry.

Do I need to book onto the specific conference streams separately?

No, whilst The AI Summit conference content takes place across multiple stages and a variety of interactive exhibits these are all included in the ticket and do not require separate booking unless explicitly stated.

We also have a number of more intimate learning environments, including dedicated workshops, roundtables, and in-depth masterclasses – bookings for these are available for ticket holders and in the app under "RSVP to special events".

How do I get tickets?

Tickets are available for purchase online, you will need to register via this form.

If you’d like to discuss group discounts, please reach out to Jessica & Xing by emailing delegates@aibusiness.com with an idea of the size of your group and we’ll help you secure the best rate.

What do the ticket types mean?

VIP All Access - only 50 available!
Make powerful connections in the VisionAIres Lounge. Access an exclusive senior-level program, as well as all content included in the Delegate Pass.

Delegate​ – our Best Seller!
The Delegate pass promises the complete experience including all conference content, roundtable invitations, networking parties, masterclasses, and insider sessions.

Academic​ - only 100 available!
A drastically reduced rate for academics, there are only 100 available exclusively for those who register with an academic email address.

Start-Up - only 100 available!
The Start-Up ticket allows you to get a Standard Pass at a subsidized rate. If you meet two of these three criteria you can secure a reduced rate for the Delegate Pass.

  • have fewer than 20 employees
  • less than $5 million invested
  • have been operating not more than three years (2019).

Academic and Start-Up rates are only available via application here.

Tobacco Dock Campus Pass
The expo passes will allow you to reconnect with the tech community and meet the organizations leading the way in digital transformation with access to the exhibition and the Headliners Stage, and demo agenda. From 13 June this pass will be £99, so make sure you book early to save!

Do you offer free tickets to charities?

We often are able to facilitate passes for registered charities. Please register your interest here to be informed when tickets for the 2024 Summit are released.

What is the events Code of Conduct?

We believe our community should be truly open for everyone. As such, we are committed to providing a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion.

This code of conduct outlines our expectations for participant behaviour, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behaviour for in-person and virtual events.

We invite all sponsors, speakers, attendees, media, exhibitors, and other participants to help us realise a safe and positive conference experience for everyone. All determinations of appropriate or inappropriate behavior are in Informa's sole discretion and the decision(s) of the Informa representatives will be final.

BEHAVIOR

  • You will behave in a way as to create a safe and supportive environment for all Summit participants whether participating online or in person.
  • You will not engage in disruptive speech or behaviour or otherwise interfere with any portion of the in-person or virtual event, or other individuals' participation in the event.
  • You will not engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening speech or behaviour, including (but not limited to) relating to race, gender, gender identity and expression, national origin, religion, disability, marital status, age, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, or other protected category.
  • You will comply with the instructions of the moderator and any event staff.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws.
