The AI Summit London guides enterprises along their AI journey; from inception to optimisation. We advise senior leaders from across a variety of industries to attend and, for 2023, we have added specific stages to delve further into topics and trends related to finance, healthcare, and retail.

How do I get to Tobacco Dock?
Tobacco Dock is easily accessible by public transport (Overground, DLR, and Bus).
Wapping Overground: 0.3 miles
Shadwell DLR & Overground: 0.3 miles (offers step-free access)
Tower Hill Tube: 0.8 miles
Bus: Nearby bus stops from routes 100 and D3
Please note that the main entrance to the event is on Pennington Street (the closest station is Shadwell).
The VisionAIres and speakers entrance is on Wapping Lane (the closest station is Wapping).
If you need to drive, there is a car park opposite the venue’s Wapping Lane entrance with a capacity for 615 vehicles (under 2.2m) plus Blue Badge parking with accessible lifts. The car park is owned and run by an external company, the YellowPark website, and spaces can be booked and paid for through the YellowPark website.

How do I access session booking / the app?
The app – London Tech Week 2023 – is available in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
There will also be a web version released two weeks before the event. You will need to log in with the email address you used to purchase your ticket to get access.
Will there be networking opportunities?
Of course! From AI-powered matchmaking pre-event, to the VIP Party packed with pizza, pints and pub games, there’s a range of networking opportunities at The AI Summit London.

Do I need to book onto the specific conference streams separately?
No, whilst The AI Summit conference content takes place across multiple stages and a variety of interactive exhibits these are all included in the ticket price and do not require separate booking. Once you have a ticket, you can begin to book onto individual sessions on the virtual platform or via the app ‘London Tech Week 2023’.
We also have a number of more intimate learning environments, including dedicated workshops, roundtables, and in-depth masterclasses – bookings for these are available for ticket holders.
What are the health and safety measures for The AI Summit London 2023?
Our parent company, Informa, runs 450 branded business-to-business events a year and has put in place a comprehensive range of enhanced standards that make the health and safety of everyone who attends The AI Summit London a priority.

How do I get tickets?

What do the ticket types mean?
AI All Access – Our Best Seller!
The full All Access pass promises the complete experience including all conference content, roundtable invitations, networking parties, masterclasses, and insider sessions.
A drastically reduced rate for academics, there are only 100 available exclusively for those who register with an academic email address.
The Start-Up ticket allows you to get a Standard Pass at a subsidized rate. If you meet two of these three criteria you can secure a pass for just $499:

Do you offer free tickets to charities?

Are press passes available?
Applications for a complimentary press pass should be submitted here. Please be advised you must cover business news or the tech industry regularly. We reserve the right to request documentation regarding credentials and the right to refuse press passes without cause
What is the events Code of Conduct?
We believe our community should be truly open for everyone. As such, we are committed to providing a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion.
This code of conduct outlines our expectations for participant behaviour, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behaviour for in-person and virtual events.
We invite all sponsors, speakers, attendees, media, exhibitors, and other participants to help us realise a safe and positive conference experience for everyone. All determinations of appropriate or inappropriate behavior are in Informa's sole discretion and the decision(s) of the Informa representatives will be final.
You will behave in a way as to create a safe and supportive environment for all Summit participants whether participating online or in person.
You will not engage in disruptive speech or behaviour or otherwise interfere with any portion of the in-person or virtual event, or other individuals' participation in the event.
You will not engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening speech or behaviour, including (but not limited to) relating to race, gender, gender identity and expression, national origin, religion, disability, marital status, age, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, or other protected category.
You will comply with the instructions of the moderator and any event staff.
You will comply with all applicable laws.
I haven’t received my badge yet, who can I contact?
If you’ve got your confirmation – you’re all set for now. You will get access to the event app 31 May so you can start building your agenda and then a week before the event we’ll send you a QR code that will give you access to the live event at Tobacco Dock. If this does not happen, please reach out to our registration team here.
