Application-Based Complimentary Delegate Pass

Aimed at early-career professionals and final-year students, this complimentary pass offers exclusive access to a wealth of opportunities, including networking opportunities with senior leaders and tech companies, plus the full conference agenda.

Available for application to two groups:

Group 1: Early-career professionals (1-4 years of experience), including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI/ML Analysts and AI Developers/Programmers.

Group 2: Final-year students

This pass is available through an application process and requires either a supporting statement from a mentor or manager (for Group 1) or from an academic supervisor or manager (for Group 2).

If you work for a registered charity, then we are happy to offer you a complimentary delegate pass - limited to one per organisation. If you would like to register for a Charity Pass, please apply with your details, including your registered UK charity number.

To qualify for a complimentary press pass you must be an active member of the press or analyst community, working for legitimate and suitable media outlets. This can be validated by providing The AI Summit with proof of recently published work.

Press passes will not be issued to non-editorial employees of media outlets, nor to marketing, advertising or public relations firms, consultants or advisors, market researchers, brand content producers, business development executives, or social media teams.

All press and media passes will be vetted prior to approval. If you feel you have been denied a press pass unfairly, please contact us providing examples of recently published work (from within the last six months).
