Your QR code would have been sent in your confirmation email which is sent from The AI Summit London with the subject line 'Confirmation: The AI Summit London Registration'.

It is also available within the app - London Tech Week - which can be downloaded from your app store from Monday, 19 May.

If you have paid for a pass, but not received a confirmation email or QR code, please contact our registration team who will be delighted to help.

Delegate Passes (and LTW + AI Summit Delegate Passes) include access to the full event, with the exception of the VisionAIres VIP Lounge and Content Programme. Access to The AI Summit After Party is not included.

The Tobacco Dock Campus does not include the premium stages (Sustainable Innovation Stage, Data Excellence Stage, Industries Stage, Next Generation Stage,AI at Scale Stage, or the Masterclass & Workshop Programme) or any catering. Access to The AI Summit After Party is not included

The VIP All Access pass includes some additional features, reach out to your VIP liaison if you have any queries.

You can review the pass grid as a pdf for a reminder, and when you are viewing the conference agenda you can filter by 'Pass Type' to only see content your pass includes.

The AI Summit London 2025 will take place at Tobacco Dock. 

Delegates and Tobacco Dock Campus Pass holders, please use the East entrance on Pennington Street.Speakers, Exhibitors, Press and VIPs, please use the West entrance on Pennington Street.

Be sure to check the floor plan and signage for where to go when you get to Tobacco Dock.

• Speed Networking – providing up to 10 rapid connections in 20 minutes across multiple sectors. Must be booked in the app.
• Expo Happy Hour – come for the bites and beverages, stay for the conversation and the new business opportunities!
• In-App Connections – Our AI-powered suggestion engine will showcase other attendees during the event to help you foster valuable relationships, you can also propose meetings with them and use the Networking Cafe. Open to Delegate Pass holders.
• Masterclass & Workshop Programme – tackle problems collectively in this collaborative environment. Open to Delegate Pass holders, must be booked in the app.

Nope. Whilst The AI Summit London conference runs across multiple stages and a variety of immersive expo halls and do not require separate registration, unless explicitly stated.

We do have a number of more intimate learning environments, such as workshops, roundtables and masterclasses, which will require you to book a spot (since places are limited). Pass holders can reserve a spot at these sessions in the app under "RSVP to special events".
