Dr. Ville Kotovirta leads the Quantum algorithms and software team at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland. The team aims at quantum computing applications for real-world problems and develops the quantum computing service integrating the quantum computer Helmi with the supercomputer LUMI. His research interests include quantum computing, quantum machine learning, quantum-classical hybrid algorithms, data business and data economy.
