Tomi Isaacs
Tomi Isaacs is a Senior Director at Catalyst's EMEA office and manages partnerships in EMEA (particularly UK Headquartered companies) across different industries, from media and financial services to extractive industries and tech. Using Catalyst research to drive greater workplace inclusion, Tomi ensures that organisations and their senior leaders are equipped to achieve meaningful change in their equity, inclusion and diversity initiatives.
Tomi is a sought-after keynote speaker, panellist and moderator speaking on how to achieve cultural change and workplace inclusion to enable underrepresented talent to thrive.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Tomi worked at Moving Ahead, managing cross-company mentoring programmes for the 30% Club; and was also a Global Account Director at WPP. Tomi is a board member of POWERful Women (PfW), a professional initiative set up to achieve a gender-balanced, diverse and inclusive energy sector.
