He is very proud to lead the BI team at South Central Ambulance Service where there role is to help colleagues make decisions to help deliver urgent, emergency and non-emergency transport care to around 7 million people. They have a patient contact every 12.5 seconds and at peak times will be handling an emergency (911/112) call every thirty seconds.
