With a diverse background spanning executive roles in professional services, sales, and development across software, Ritika's journey began as a software engineer, evolving into various leadership positions in both development and product management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

A proud native of Austin, Ritika now resides in New York with her husband and two children, finding solace and joy in hiking and immersing herself in nature during her free time.
