Ralph is an Innovation Partner for the Defence and Security Accelerator, responsible for building and maintaining DASA’s relationships with start-ups, SMEs, incubators, accelerators, university innovation and Third Sector organisations in London.

Ralph spent 15 years in operational investigative and intelligence fields, running complex fraud and organised crime investigations, building the Serious Organised Crime Agency’s academic outreach function and the National Crime Agency’s relationships with other government departments and international partners. Ralph ran cross-agency collaboration endeavours while maintaining operational expertise in audio, video, covert forensics and tracking surveillance capabilities.

Since joining DASA, Ralph has identified hundreds of novel technologies for defence in AI, robotics and automation and helped companies and academic institutions access over £25m in defence innovation funding.
