Peyman Owladi
Peyman is a seasoned software engineer and technical leader who has transitioned from working in big tech and startups to founding Poteris, a tech agency dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable tech solutions to nonprofits. As the CTO of Learning with Parents, a charity working to reduce the disadvantage gap in education, he leads the development of technology that dismantles barriers and enhances parental engagement in education.
Actively involved in the GenAI space, Peyman serves in an advisory role at Btrt, a GenAI startup, and as an advisory board member of the Nesta Civic AI Observatory, analysing and advising on the use of generative AI in the public and third sectors. He also serves as a board member of Campaign Lab, which is looking at how new AI tools will impact political and other campaigning. Unsurprisingly, generative AI has been used in writing this bio.
