Nils leads Product Strategy for Shopping Automation at Oda, an online grocery operating in Norway, Finland and Germany, backed by Softbank and Prosus. He joined Oda from AIG, where he was head of AI strategy for their $350bn asset management arm, where his team built AI products to manage the investment process across multiple asset classes. Prior to this, he helped found the digital product design agency Beyond where he headed the Strategy practice, working with clients such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and Virgin. He started his career in Silicon Valley where he worked as a management consultant, was later part of two tech startup teams, and then ran a social media analytics company. He has a B.Sc. in Business and Economics from the University of San Francisco.
