Nicolas Valderrabano, Computer Science BSc, Data Science MSc (University of Bath). Upon completing his academic studies, Mr. Valderrabano joined an aviation startup working as a consultant on environmental projects for the EU Commission. He is now a Data Scientist and GenAI expert working for the Lufthansa Group where he leads pioneering initiatives, notably spearheading a groundbreaking hyperpersonalization project within the cabin industry. Leveraging cutting-edge generative AI technology, he crafts bespoke customer experiences tailored to individual preferences. In his time at the Lufthansa Group he has been involved in several AI deployments such as dissecting Net Promoter Scores (NPS), optimizing engine induction processes and automating Notice-To-Air-Mission processing using state-of-the-art LLMs.
