This work has helped position ANNA among the top 10 accounting software solutions in the UK, as evidenced by its rankings on Trustpilot.
Expanding upon this foundation, Nick led the creation of “Tax Terrapin,” an AI assistant within ANNA’s financial app, designed to make tax advice more accessible and user-friendly. This tool marks a significant shift from traditional customer service to AI-driven support, offering personalised tax help directly through the app.
