Matt is Oracle's West Europe VP for AI. Matt helps customers connect strategies for and adopt solutions balancing people, process, and technology transformation through the application of AI to real world organisational opportunities.
Matt’s background is firmly grounded in aligning engineering innovation with the business outcomes it seeks to improve. With a Master’s degree in Computing, studying for an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership, and with over two decades of experience from consulting to some of the largest and complex enterprises in the World, followed by six years leading teams at Microsoft before joining Oracle in 2025.
