Matt leads Servita’s global AI Practice, responsible for shaping and delivering cutting-edge AI transformation solutions that are pragmatic, scalable, and strategically aligned with client goals. He works with our teams across advisory, delivery, and managed services, ensuring clients realise tangible value from AI and data-driven innovation. Matt works closely with Servita’s regional leaders and delivery teams to design and implement services that help clients adopt and operationalise AI in ways that are both effective and sustainable.
Since 2017, Matt has served as Chief Technology Officer for AI & Data across the UK, Ireland, Middle East, and Africa. With over 25 years of experience in technology leadership, he has overseen major transformation programmes across both public and private sectors, delivering AI and data solutions that unlock measurable business outcomes.
Recognised as a thought leader and keynote speaker, Matt partners with global enterprises to shape innovation agendas and AI go-to-market strategies. He has a proven track record of influencing board-level decisions, designing enterprise AI architectures, and embedding ethical governance frameworks into complex digital ecosystems.
Matt’s earlier roles include CTO on the NHS Spine Programme, Director for the Vodafone Global Account at HPE, and senior leadership positions at CSC, BT, Capgemini, and the Inland Revenue. Passionate about sustainable innovation, Matt continues to champion the role of AI in building resilient, forward-thinking organisations.
