Mark has set up and is leading an AI Centre of Excellence for Informa, a FTSE100 business. His focus is on defining & owning the AI vision, strategy & roadmap, with continual alignment with business goals mapped to customer needs. Prior to taking on the CAIO role Mark was the Chief Product & Technology Officer for Informa Tech.
Before joining Informa, Mark ran a digital product consultancy, which helped some of the best-known brands in the world develop sustainable new revenue models through monetising content and creating more meaningful and rewarding experiences for customers. Mark is also a board advisor to multiple startups spanning different sectors.
