Lara Montefiori
Lara is the Senior Director of Workforce Diagnosticsat Multiverse, a mission-driven ed tech unicorn committed to democratise access to careers through state-of-the-art apprenticeship training. She is also a Lecturer in Psychology at University College London (UCL) where she teaches and researches about assessment cheating, innovation in assessment, occupational Psychology, and the ethical use of artificial intelligence and technology in candidate selection. Lara was previously Chief Scientific Officer at Arctic Shores, the pioneering behaviour-based assessment HR tech which was built around the innovative psychometric approach she envisioned and brought to the scientific community and candidate selection market - which is now the leader in its sector.
Throughout her career Lara has increasingly become committed to pushing the boundaries of Social Mobility and Diversity and Inclusion, and she's now focusing her research and commercial efforts to challenge an already mobilised status quo to go a step further and distribute career opportunities solely based on potential and motivation.
