She is currently Digital Director at Vodafone UK, leading an award-winning team of over 250 professionals across Product, Ecommerce, UX/UI, Analytics, and more. Her leadership plays a pivotal role in shaping Vodafone's digital and customer experience strategy. She is passionate about driving innovation and has recently led the launch of the first European Gen AI chatbot within the Telecomms sector.
Prior to this, Jess held a number of Digital, International and Strategy Director roles in global omni-channel retailers. Her strategic insights and transformative initiatives resonate globally, reflecting her passion for international markets and the dynamic challenges they present. Jess was previously Vice-Chair of the board of Magasin du Nord department stores in Scandinavia.
