Graham is a Finance Director managing the Finance Sub-Ledger platforms (Finance & Risk) used by NatWest Markets, Treasury & Large Corporates focused on driving change and supporting new product delivery via purpose-led solutions in partnership with the business and engineers and innovators across the bank. He joined the bank in 2009 working in Japan managing a portfolio of change projects across the APAC region before relocating to London in 2015. Graham previously spent 12 years at Barclays Capital managing Global FX & Emerging markets product control, while in parallel delivering change programs across Finance in partnership with vendors including SAP, MUREX, CALYPSO, RIMS before moving on to HSBC to assist in the delivery of the first multi-asset class trading and settlement solution for a bank via MUREX.  He has spent a significant amount of time travelling and working in APAC.  He currently lives in London while his wife and daughter live in Tokyo. He spends his free time learning Japanese and when he can enjoying live music / sporting events.
