Gayle is a Managing Associate in the Emerging Companies team advising founders, start-up companies, angel investors, and VC funds on a variety of equity investment-related matters. She is passionate about her clients and their businesses and strives to achieve her clients' goals in the most efficient way possible. By advising companies and investors, Gayle understands both sides of the investment dialogue to provide pragmatic and commercial solutions.
Gayle's areas of expertise are, early stage investments (including SEIS and EIS investments), growth investments and exits, advanced subscription agreements, SAFEs, convertible loan note instruments and other convertible security instruments as well as general corporate governance matters.
