Florian Ostmann is Head of AI Governance and Regulatory Innovation at The Alan Turing Institute, the UK's national institute for data science and artificial intelligence. In this role, Florian leads the Turing's work on the AI Standards Hub – a new UK initiative dedicated to knowledge sharing, community building, strategic research, and international engagement around standardisation for AI technologies.
