Elliot Bertram

Business Development Director, Fetch.ai

Elliot Bertram is a senior operator and finance executive with 24 years of financing & banking experience at top tier Wall Street firms. Elliot has global experience in investment banking, principal M&A execution, and investments across North & South America, the Middle East, and Asia. 

Bertram has held numerous management positions and has served as the CEO and Board Member of a gold mining conglomerate based in Brazil where he devised and executed the company’s restructuring and recapitalization that led to the successful sale of the company to a global private equity fund. 

 Elliot co-founded Footprints to Recovery, now a nationally recognized chain of substance abuse rehabilitation centers, and co-founded a trade finance fund based in Singapore. 

Previously, Bertram served as an executive of the Principal Transactions Group at Morgan Stanley executing $10 billion in warehouse and mezzanine financing for a diverse range of asset classes. He led numerous M&A and growth transactions, including $1bn dealer floorplan financing to Ford Motor Credit and Leaf Financials’ $400 million acquisition of Netbank Finance Leasing. Currently, Elliot leads business development for Fetch.ai in US.
