Dr. Rashada Harry
A proven and experienced business leader whom leverages the power of technology to support business transformation, Rashada holds 20 years technology sales experience and has a record of accomplishments in delivering growth, supporting innovation and delivering value to global organisations as well as being a keen advocate for inclusion, diversity and equity practice. In a professional capacity Rashada is an Enterprise Technologist at Amazon Web Services where she seeks to take enterprise Customers on a digital transformation to the cloud.
Prior to joining AWS, she held senior roles at organisations including Vodafone Global Enterprise and Cisco. Rashada co-founded the award winning Your Future, Your Ambition (YFYA) initiative in 2012 as a vehicle to help organisations and students connect and bridge the diversity gap in STEM. Today, Rashada provides advisory expertise to a range of corporate initiatives including, Women@AWS UK and the AWS BLACK Council. Rashada presently sits on the board of Trustees at Engineering UK, the African Gifted Foundation and Off The Curriculum charities and is a founding member of UKBlackTech.
