Dr. Harvey Lewis
Harvey is a dynamic senior technology leader with a unique background encompassing rocket science, data science, and research. With 30 years of experience in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, he has established himself as a strategist, innovator, and thought leader, applying his expertise to solve complex problems for clients in various sectors. Currently, Harvey leads AI at EY in the UK and Ireland, driving the firm's vision and strategy in this rapidly evolving field.
An accomplished writer and public speaker, Harvey won the 2017 Management Consultancies Association Award for the best use of thought leadership, recognising his investigation into the impact of AI on the UK's economy. He has served on influential bodies such as the Open Data User Group, the Public Sector Transparency Board, the Advisory Committee to the All-Party Parliamentary Group on AI, techUK's leadership committee for Data Analytics and AI and their generative AI working group, as well as the editorial board for the Royal Statistical Society's 'Real-World Data Science' platform. For the last five years, he held the position of Honorary Senior Visiting Fellow at The Bayes Business School in London.
When not pushing the boundaries of AI and emerging technologies, Harvey enjoys life with his wife and sons in the South Downs National Park.
