Daniel Kliewe the head of Research and Development for HAVER & BOECKER (H&B). H&B is a specialist in the sector of mineral processing and packaging technology for materials in bulk. H&B designs, manufacturers and services machines for the above-mentioned applications.

The R&D department has a variety of topics from mechatronics to digital transformation and AI. With more than 10 years of experience in innovation and digital transformation, Daniel is responsible to design H&B’s digital transformation journey and lead the company through it.

Prior to H&B, Daniel was the head of Predevelopment of the HOMAG Group and in charge for the development and organization of the HOMAG Digital Factory.

He studied mechanical engineering and made his PhD in the field of Industry 4.0 at a Fraunhofer Institut.
