Devorah supports leaders to harness AI and frontier technologies to accelerate the clean energy transition and accelerate climate action. Her work focuses on aligning AI deployment with decarbonisation goals—shaping policy, investment strategies and partnerships that drive innovation in energy systems. Beyond her work on the AI and energy nexus, Devorah also focusses on advancing climate adaptation and resilience, helping governments and institutions prepare for and respond to the growing impacts of a warming world. Previously, Devorah led efforts to accelerate technology and innovation across the humanitarian sector at USAID and served as a policy advisor to Gayle Smith, former USAID Administrator and CEO of the ONE Campaign.
