David leads the delivery of Responsible GenAI across LBG in support of the group GenAI Strategy. This involves working closely with Business Units, Enterprise Architecture and Central Control functions to design and embed GenAI Guardrails in line with group’s Enterprise Risk Framework.

Prior to joining Lloyds, David was a senior director at Credit Suisse where he led the implementation of bank-wide regulatory risk programs. In this role, he led the integration and validation of Internal Models with the strategic risk platform, leveraging machine learning techniques to improve data quality and model validation processes.

Prior to this David delivered various enterprise-wide technology and transformation programs across Capital Markets and Wealth Management at range of banks: Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan and Citi.

He holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and an Industrial Engineering degree from Massey University.
