Claire is the Technology Platform lead for Retail Credit Risk, delivering customer outcomes through collaboration with our internal product and external credit partnerships. Claire joined the bank from Virgin Oneaccount in 2008 and has held various roles across frontline mortgages, digital, technical programme and regulatory delivery for NatWest, RBSI, Retail and Commerical. Claire is a champion of gender equality, mentoring, supporting and inspiring females in technology both inside and outside of the organisation. Claire is married with two nearly grown up children, has a passion for cold water swimming, is currently going through the process to become a magistrate and lives close to Cambridge.
