Cindy's muti-industry experience spans consumer goods, high-tech and industrial manufacturing, military and defence, healthcare, and other regulated industries. Her roles at American Medical International, Mars Incorporated, ITT, SABMiller, BAT, Unilever and AstraZeneca have given her a strong multi-cultural background and extensive international experience. Cindy is a collaborative leader recognized for attracting and developing high-caliber talent and inspiring the organization to achieve ambitious targets.

Known for her pioneering work in AI and technology, Cindy is committed to leveraging technology to produce impactful business results and collaborating within broader ecosystems to create societal benefits. She represents AstraZeneca as the deputy for the World Economic Forum’s Edison Alliance, where she focuses on global health, financial, and technology equity. Cindy is an international speaker on Future Technology Trends, AI, Exponential Organizations, and global leadership and serves as a guest lecturer at leading universities.

In 2023, Cindy joined Zoom’s Board of Directors, she is a member of the Audit Committee and chairs the Cyber & Risk Committee. As the former President of CIONet’s Advisory Board, she is dedicated to advancing the IT profession and the role technology plays in organizations. Cindy also provides advisory services to various start-ups and global businesses around the world.
