Anastasia Varnavskaya
Anastasia is the founder of Fortuda, a marketing boutique, which helps companies to create and carry out their go-to-market strategies. This includes running comprehensive market research and competitor analysis as well as creating impactful positioning and messaging, differentiated value propositions, resonating marketing assets and effective sales collateral.
With over a thousand customer research interviews under her belt, Anastasia excels at unearthing insights, which turn customer intelligence into a strategic, proactive tool, that can be utilised not only by marketing, but also product development, sales and company leadership.
Prior to founding Fortuda, Anastasia spent 15 years in global corporations working on products and go-to-market strategies. During this time she covered a wide range of industries from automotive and retail banking through travel and food & beverage to EdTech (and many more).
Anastasia believes in sharing knowledge and supporting others which is why she is an active member of the Women in Tech Global Movement, where she serves as a mentor.
