Alberto Rey Villaverde

Alberto spent 17 years in the airline industry and the last 12 in easyJet where he left in February 2019. There he developed his passion for data, joining in 2006 as a developer in the team behind easyJet price engine and completing an MSc in Data Mining and an MBA at Cranfield.
He joined the food delivery giant Just Eat as Chief Data Officer back in February 2019 and from there led the global data science and analytics operations. In October 2020 he joined Virgin Media as Executive Director of Advanced Analytics and Data Science and now runs the operations for the merged operation with O2.
