Adil started out as a backend software engineer. As a principal engineer, he led the technical side of the DevOps transformation at a healthcare company with over 120,000 employees. Leaving that role to work in startups, Adil built new products from scratch, simultaneously building up an engineering consulting business.
Most recently, Adil has served as CTO for two companies, and as fractional CTO or consultant for many others, scaling over a dozen engineering and product orgs from 5 to 500 engineers.

With multiple startup exits under his belt, Adil is currently CTO and co-founder of a VC-backed deep tech startup where he’s still hands-on, personally shipping code several times a week and managing a bleeding-edge research team.

Adil joined Pluralsight to help engineering leaders go through the growth and transformation journey that he’s been through over a dozen times now, and help drive continuous improvement in their orgs.
