Aalya is the Director of Global Content and Communication for Women in AI, as well as the Co-Founder of Humarket Solutions Inc, which aims to provide solutions for an ethical supply chain and advancement of the circular economy.

A founder, researcher, writer and product consultant for early to growth stage start-ups who applies design thinking in technology and AI solutions to unstructured industries. Aalya has previously worked at mission driven firms like Back Market, Tyfone, Markid, in a variety of positions aimed at market/user research, analyzing product-market fit, establishing product roadmaps, fund-raising and planning tech for building high impact tech solutions for clients. 

An alum to the Kelley School of Business, Indiana university Bloomington, Aalya remains passionate about leveraging technology for positive change, she is dedicated to driving social and environmental impact through her work. As a writer, she captivates audiences with her insights into the potential of AI and technology to transform industries and create a more sustainable future.
