Josephine Hua Pan is Director of Marketing Science at Disney Streaming Services, leading the taskforce to design and set up the analytical framework to measure efficacies of growth and brand marketing campaigns.'

Josephine is passionate about turning data into actionable insights and solving complex problems. Previously she worked at Verizon and GroupM, leading the building and maintenance of marketing ROI models and simulation/optimization system. 

Josephine lives in New York, NY with her son. Outside work, she often goes fishing with her son who is super passionate about the hobby.
