Conceived in 2021 at Institut EuropIA and brought to life with the backing of the Alpes Maritimes Department, the Mayor of Cannes and the Palais des Festivals, The World AI Cannes Festival was created to spark meaningful debate on artificial intelligence and spotlight the Sophia Antipolis ecosystem. Launched in 2022 and held annually, our next edition is in development for 2027.
