I haven’t received my badge yet, who can I contact?
If you’ve got your confirmation – you’re all set for now. You will get access to the event app in May so you can start building your agenda and then a week before the event we’ll send you a QR code that will give you access to the live event at Tobacco Dock. If this does not happen, please reach out to our registration team here.
How do I access the official event app?
You'll receive an email from noreply@swapcard.com containing login details to join the online platform and download the mobile app at least 2 weeks before the event kicks off. This is where you can build your personalised agenda before you arrive onsite and explore the event map to plan the exhibitors you'll visit and which engaging demo sessions, speakers and networking opportunities you'll attend.
