Tania is Co-Founder of We and AI (weandai.org), a UK non-profit working to make AI work for everyone. This includes building programmes and resources to increase AI literacy among the wider population, and managing the Better Images of AI project with BBC R&D (betterimagesofai.org). Tania is on the Founding Editorial Board for the Springer AI and Ethics Journal, and advisor to algorithmic bias mitigation software company Etiq.ai. She is a Lead for TLA Tech for disAbility, is a member of the IEEE P7015 Data and AI literacy Working Group, and was named one of Women in AI Ethics' 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics 2021.
