Susan has spent several decades creating opportunities for companies facing disruptive technologies including connected home, data analytics, the internet, blockchain and now AI. She has worked in-house for several leading Telcos in a range of product development and Group strategy roles and led connected home and smart metering strategy for a major utility company.

She set up the Telecoms practice of Roland Berger Strategy Consulting before moving to their New York Office. Since setting up her own consultancy, Susan has advised a number of start-ups, as well as major Telcos, insurance companies and energy companies.
