Kirsten started her journey as an intern with CallMiner years ago and is now Manager of Machine Learning and Analytics, leading a team to deliver Data Science Consulting Services to conversation intelligence. She received her MS in Computational Linguistics at Brandeis University, where she focused on Natural Language Processing and machine learning on transcribed human to human conversation. Kirsten loves making AI and machine learning understandable to people of all technical backgrounds. She does not think robots will take over the world but don't quote her on that.
