Kate is on the list of Top50 Global Fintech influencers and Top100 Women global thought leaders to follow by Thinkers 360; Top10 Ukrainian fintech experts. Currently she is a senior PM on fintech market, digital technologies and regulatory platforms development at the National Bank of Ukraine (EBRD). 

Kate is the author of the first Ukrainian fintech strategy-2025 and the lead of the NBU team on the regulatory sandbox launch (the project went live in March 23 during the war). 

Also Kate facilitates cross-geography collaborations on the institutional, business and academic levels. In the first month of the war she initiated  the Ukrainian programme launch in a collaboration of the NBU and Cambridge Judge Business School (50 students worked out on a Marshal

plan for Ukrainian financial sector in postwar period, and then it was represented on the institutional levels in UA and the UK). She also managed the UK Fintech without frontiers initiative  and project. Currently she is involved in global acceleration fintech programme as a co-lead and mentorship coordinator to help Ukrainian startups scale up and grow.
