Greg is responsible for onboarding, designing, and implementing end-to-end EMEA customer journeys to optimize CX and EX with conversational AI. In addition, he is leading the development of a strategic partner ecosystem across the region ' system integrators, advisory firms, ISV, and OEMs. Greg joined Kore.ai approximately eight months ago, bringing prior experience in AI enterprise software and platform and the business advisory strategic approach. Before joining Kore.ai, he was Regional Senior Director for a joint venture between Baker Hughes and C3.ai and led the GE Digital Strategic Alliances and Partnerships in the Middle East. In his previous roles, Greg led global transformation programs powered by new technologies and AI solutions in management consulting firms like EY, Accenture, and Advisian. Greg holds M.Sc. Eng. diploma in Sustainable Process Engineering, MBA from LBS/HSE Paris/WUTBS, and Advanced Analytics from Wharton.
