When and where is the AI Summit, London?

The AI Summit London takes place as part of London Tech Week at the ExCeL London as a face-to-face event.

The summit will run:
Wednesday 22 September, 2021: 08.30 – 19.00 BST
Thursday 23 September, 2021: 08.30 – 18.00 BST

What do I need to enter the ExCeL?

We are asking that everyone entering ExCeL, shows one of the following. This will be a quick visual check at the point of entry to the venue and no personal data will be recorded or stored:

  • Proof of having had two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before attending*

  • Presence of COVID-19 antibodies

  • Evidence a negative Lateral Flow Test (email / text) result within 48 hours of the event

If you are a UK resident you can show your vaccination status via the NHS COVID Pass on the NHS App (or paper copy). International visitors can show equivalent proof from their home country. I can’t find my badge, what do I do?

Please don’t panic. You can simply arrive at the ExCeL London any time during the event open hours on Wednesday/Thursday and give your name to one of our friendly staff, who will print your badge for you.

You can also sign up for free expo-only passes, only 1000 are available so register early to avoid dissapointment.

Do I need to book onto the specific conference streams separately?

The AI Summit conference content takes place across 13 streams. We also have a number of more intimate learning environments, including dedicated workshops, a Networking Lounge, and in-depth masterclasses – bookings for these are available for ticket holders.
